What size will fit me best?
There are sizing charts in the photos for all of our items that they are applicable to.
Can I return, exchange or cancel my item?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Items can not be returned, exchanged or canceled once they've been shipped out.
My package was returned to you, can you re-send it/send it to another address?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect name/address, no one being home to receive it, refusal to pay customs fees, etc., we will NOT re-send the package. Please make sure you enter the correct information for your name and address and be sure to keep up with your tracking number to make sure someone is available to receive your package.
When will I receive my item after I place my order?
Orders may take up to 2-4 days to process before they are shipped. If an item is on backorder, estimated shipping time will be listed in the item description.
If my order contains a pre-order or backstock item, when will my shipment go out?
Your order will be shipped out as a whole, with all of the items together once the pre-order or backorder item is in stock.
My tracking number says my package was delivered but I never received it.
Unfortunately we have no control over how your package is handled or delivered once we ship it out. We recommend that you contact your local postal service/post office to inquire about the location of your package.
Can I change the size or color of my item after I've placed my order?
If you want to change the size or color of your item BEFORE the item is shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request and we can update your order as long as said item is in stock. Please make sure the chosen size for your item is correct. We do not accept returns or exchanges cause by incorrect information provided.
Can I change my address on the order?
You can change your address on your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided for your order. Please double check that the information you enter is complete and correct.
What should I do if my item is damaged when I receive it?
If an item in your order is damaged, please email email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and invoice slip that was included in your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We even offer expedited international shipping!
