What size will fit me best?
There are sizing charts for all of our items that they are applicable to.
When will I receive my item after I place my order?
Orders will take 2-4 days to process before they are shipped. If an item is on backorder, estimated shipping time will be listed in the item description.
If my order contains a pre-order or backstock item, when will my shipment go out?
Your order will be shipped out as a whole, with all of the items together once the pre-order or backorder item is in stock.
Can I return, exchange or cancel my item?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Items can not be returned, exchanged or canceled once they've been shipped out.
Can I change the size or color of my item after I've placed my order?
If you want to change the size or color of your item BEFORE the item is shipped, please email email@example.com with your order number and request and we can update your order as long as said item is in stock. Please make sure the chosen size for your item is correct. We do not accept returns or exchanges cause by incorrect information provided.
Can I change my address on the order?
You can change your address on your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided for your order. Please double check that the information you enter is complete and correct.
What should I do if my item is damaged when I receive it?
If an item in your order is damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and invoice slip that was included in your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping cost is calculated so it will vary based on your shipping location.
