Shipping Overview

 

Order processing and shipping time 

Orders may take up to 2-4 days to process before they are shipped. If an item is on backorder, estimated shipping time will be listed in the item description. Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. 

Split orders

Occasionally, products may be in stored in different warehouses and because we want to get you your items as fast as possible, we may split the order and ship the items from each warehouse directly to you to avoid any delays in shipping. This may result in two different tracking numbers and your items showing up in two different packages. 

Tracking numbers and delivery confirmation

Once an order has been shipped out, the package is completely out of our control and we rely on the postal service to complete the delivery of the package. If there are any issues with a delay in shipping or if your order has been marked delivered but you still haven't received your package, you'll need to reach out to your local postal service and provide them with your tracking number to get more information. 

Change of address on orders

You can attempt change your address on your order if it hasn't been shipped yet but there are no guarantees that we can do it. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided for your order. Please double check that the information you enter is complete and correct. 

Damaged products

If an item in your order is damaged, please email support@fakenerd.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item that was included in your package. We'll always try our best to help you out!
